1. Scope

This policy describes what data is collected when you visit bottyware.com and when you purchase a Bottyware license, and how that data is used.

2. What We Collect

Website analytics. We use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. They collect cookies, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed; Yandex Metrica additionally records session replays (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) via its Session Replay feature. The site has no accounts and no input forms, so no typed personal data is recorded.

Purchases. Orders are handled through Discord: we receive your Discord username and ID together with order details. Card and payment data are processed entirely by third-party payment providers and never reach us.

3. Cookies and Opt-Out

Analytics loads only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” button in the site footer. Yandex Metrica sets cookies with names starting with _ym; Google Analytics sets cookies with names starting with _ga. Analytics data is processed by Yandex and Google under their own privacy policies. You can also opt out of Metrica tracking at yandex.com/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies for mc.yandex.ru and googletagmanager.com in your browser.

4. How We Use Data

To measure site traffic and improve the landing page, to deliver licenses, and to provide customer support. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising on the site.

5. Third Parties

Data is shared only with the services needed to operate: Yandex and Google (analytics), Discord (license delivery and support), and payment providers (billing). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

6. Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Yandex Metrica defaults. Order and support records are kept while your license is active and as long as required for accounting.
