1. What Bottyware Is
Bottyware ("the Software") is desktop automation software for Diablo® II: Resurrected™, licensed on a subscription basis. By purchasing a license or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.
2. License
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the number of seats included in your plan. You may not resell, rent, or share the Software beyond your seat count, and you may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it.
3. Delivery and Payment
Licenses are delivered automatically through our Discord server after payment is confirmed. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds
The Software is a digital product delivered instantly. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact support in Discord. Refunds are not provided for suspension of your game account or for unused license time.
5. Assumption of Risk
The Software automates gameplay. Using automation tools may violate the game’s Terms of Service or EULA and can result in temporary or permanent suspension of your game account. You accept this risk in full. We are not responsible for banned accounts, lost items, lost progress, or any other consequences of using the Software.
6. No Warranty
The Software and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game updates may render the Software temporarily or permanently inoperable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
The Software and this website are our property. Diablo® II: Resurrected™ is a trademark or registered trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Bottyware is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.
9. Termination
We may revoke a license without refund for breach of these Terms, including resale, sharing beyond the licensed seat count, payment fraud, or chargebacks.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
