1. What Bottyware Is

Bottyware ("the Software") is desktop game automation software licensed on a subscription basis. By purchasing a license or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the number of seats included in your plan. You may not resell, rent, or share the Software beyond your seat count, and you may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it.

3. Delivery and Payment

Licenses are delivered automatically through our Discord server after payment is confirmed. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we never see or store your card details.

4. Refunds

You may cancel the service at any time before it has been fully provided. The refundable amount is calculated after deducting documented expenses actually incurred by us specifically to fulfil your order.

To request cancellation or a refund, email [email protected] and provide your order or payment number, payment date and amount, and the email address or Discord ID used for the purchase. You may also describe the issue, but you do not have to provide a reason when cancelling the service.

We review the request within 10 calendar days after receiving it. If a refund is due, we initiate it to the original payment method within the same period. The final crediting time depends on the bank or payment provider.

If the service was not provided, was provided late, or had defects, you may exercise all remedies available under applicable law. This refund procedure does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

5. Assumption of Risk

The Software automates gameplay. Using automation tools may violate the game’s Terms of Service or EULA and can result in temporary or permanent suspension of your game account. You accept this risk in full. We are not responsible for banned accounts, lost items, lost progress, or any other consequences of using the Software.

6. No Warranty

The Software and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game updates may render the Software temporarily or permanently inoperable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

The Software and this website are our property. Bottyware is an independent third-party tool.

9. Termination

We may revoke a license without refund for breach of these Terms, including resale, sharing beyond the licensed seat count, payment fraud, or chargebacks.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
